Monetary Loss: $235 + Time & money spent on a 200 mile round trip drive to return the mattress.

I bought a Vail mattress from Denver Mattress 10 years ago. It felt like sleeping on a cloud of heaven. Hands down the best mattress I've ever owned.

So when it was time to retire my beloved mattress, I naturally looked to Denver Mattress again. I called customer service since I found that they no

longer make the Vail model. I was told that the Telluride mattress is what replaced the Vail.

I then ordered the recommended mattress online to save me from driving the 200 mile round trip to the nearest store. I was a little nervous about

ordering online, but I've had successful dealings with this company before. Denver Mattress is top quality right? Why shouldn't I take them at their

word?

Well....

The mattress was NOT comparable to the Vail. It was completely missing the thick latex foam pillow top. Latex foam = sleeping on clouds.

The Telluride mattress felt like I was sleeping on cheap, sufficatingly warm foam. It also slept high in the middle, like it was slightly humped.

When

I brought this possible defect up with customer service, they said I had to take a picture to prove it. Well, there is not a visible high spot so

they would not address this issue. I was treated as if I was a liar.

They said that they would charge me $275 to come and pick it up. And that the previous $235 delivery fee I paid was not going to be refunded. When I

mentioned the fact that I was sent a defective bed, they stated that when I signed for the delivery, I was stating that there were no issues with

mattress and that I accepted it as it was.

I will never do business with this company again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $235.
