I purchased 2 twin size steamboat mattress combos from Furniture Row in Burlington Iowa 3/31/15. I picked up the mattresses and took them home myself. Upon opening the plastic on the second mattress I noticed a dead bug, but thought nothing of it. I purchased a mattress it had to be order and delivered from the warehouse I have called many times to check on my mattress and the one day it was suppose to be at the store they shipped the wrong mattress and now I'll probably have to wait another week till it comes to the store then wait for delivery so it will probably be like 3 and a half weeks till I finally get my bed. My husband and I have never, ever had a bed bug infestion in our whole lives and still did not after traveling cross country with our old mattress. I wish we would NEVER went in that store!! 1st time the mattress was the wrong one. 2nd one was dirty and the 3rd one was torn. 4th one seems like its an old mattress, I feel coils in my back, IT'S AWFUL!! We bought a mattress on Memorial Day (not on sale). We were supposed to get it delivered today. We took the day off to be here for the delivery . When we had not received a call by noon, we called Denver Mattress, spoke to someone who told us we were not scheduled until 13th. After researching the issue they discovered that the mattress did not arrive at the store. So they decided that they would rescheduled. The problem is No One Called... Read more

Bought a Q mattress in Boise, ID and after they got our $ they were completely inflexible on the delivery time. Hello, we work full time jobs! After three weeks they hired a third party so we could take deliver in the afternoon versus the morning (yes it took them three full weeks to accomplish this!). I was shopoing for a new twin mattress for my daughter. We fell in love with one on the showroom floor and she even fell asleep on it right there in the store. The next day, I came with cash and bought it. I was charged more than what was quoted me the day before and was sold a completely different mattress than what i showed him I wanted.
